Once we receive your Advance Registration Form, an acknowledgement letter will be addressed to the main contact. We will then ask for a picture of each visitor or visitor delegate.

Pictures are required for all the badges. Company badges can be prepared before the exhibition starts if we receive them in advance. In order to save time, please send upon request  the name of the person, company on the back side of the picture and attach with the registration form or a cover letter.
