 7) PAYMENT AND REIMBURSEMENTS: To be officially  
   accepted as an exhibitor, an applicant must include full

  If an exhibitor whose application has been approved and  
  wishes to cancel its reservation, it must submit its request  
  in writing.  
   
  o Where notice of cancellation is received on or before  
     December  1st, 2008, the organizer will refund the  
     balance of the exhibitor's  payment after deducting  
    Euros 350.- administration fee.  
   
  o Where notice of cancellation is received from December  
     2nd 2008  to January 1st  2009, the organizer will refund  
    50% of the total cost of booth rental.  
   
  o WHERE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED  
     AFTER JANUARY 2ND, 2009 NO REFUND FOR
